Having to evict a tenant is never enjoyable. When the eviction process makes it to the final stages a county sherriff will come to the property making sure that the tenant has vacated the premises. We offer a few different types of services for Landlords.

BASIC
We show up at the time of eviction to meet the sherriff as a representitive for the Landlord. Checking to make sure all windows and doors are secured.

PHOTOS
Pictures are taken of the interior and exterior of the premises concentrating on any damage that may be present.

VIDEO
We video tape with a time/date stamp showing the sherriff enter and exit the property. We then enter the premisies and film the inside. We concentrate on any large item belongings that the previous tenants may have left behind (i.e tv, stereos, money, furniture), we also proceed to film the condition of the property looking for damage to the walls, windows, carpet, refridgerator, cabinets, doors or any relevant item.

FOLLOW-UPS
When the tenant leaves property behind there are certain regulations that must be followed. Sometimes the landlord will allow the tenant or hire a company a certain anount of time to remove the belongings. We arrive at the begining of the day and in the evining usually 9-10am to unlock the doors and then 5-6pm to lock the premises back up. An Attorney should be consulted before ever allowing a tenant back on the property for any reason.
